What is collected, and by whom
Privacy Policy, Written Around What Actually Happens
The list is short because the site is small. One entry in your own browser, four fields if you write to the desk, and one query string to an outside booking service if you press the button on the flight search. That is the whole inventory.
Who is responsible
Public Deck Register LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, at 3100 East 45th Street, Cleveland, OH 44127, is responsible for this site and for anything it holds. Questions and requests go to [email protected], or by post to that address, or by telephone on +1 (216) 875-3062 during desk hours.
Ohio law and United States federal law apply. Where a state you live in gives you rights beyond that, the section on rights below applies to you as well.

That table is the entire inventory. There is nothing else.
What is not here, stated plainly
- No analytics of any kind. No page view counting, no session recording, no heat mapping.
- No advertising code, no pixel, no tag, no conversion tracker and no remarketing list.
- No profile of any reader, no inference about any reader, and nothing that could be joined to a person.
- No social embeds, no comment system, no login and no account.
- No third party script on any page, with one exception described below.
- No data sold, rented, shared or traded, because there is none to sell.
The flight search, which is the one exception
Three pages carry a flight search: the front page, the flight search page, and getting there. It matters how it works.
While you type, nothing leaves your browser. The place suggestions come from a file that is part of the page and downloads with it. Typing searches that file on your own machine. There is no request to anybody, and there is no third party script on the page.
When you press the button, one query string goes to an outside booking service on a subdomain of this site. That string contains only what you filled in: two place codes, one or two dates, a cabin, and how many adults, children and infants. From that point you are on that service's system, their privacy handling applies, and this publication has no visibility into anything that follows. We receive no search history, no passenger details, no booking record and no payment information, and we never see a card number.
A booking made with them later on can send a commission back here. That is money rather than data: it does not come with a name, an address or an itinerary attached, and we could not identify who a payment relates to.
The letter form
Four fields, and a hidden field that is not shown to you and is there to catch automated submissions. The four fields are relayed to the desk mailbox by an outside form relay, which is the ordinary way a static site sends a message and is the only route by which your letter travels. Nothing is stored on this site, because this site has no database.
Letters are kept for two years and then deleted. They are read by one person. They are not added to a list, because there is no list.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and nothing on it is designed to appeal to them. No age is asked for and none is inferred. If you believe a child has sent a letter to the desk, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
Your rights, and how to use them
Four things are yours to ask for: what is held, a copy of it, a correction to it, and its deletion. A fifth is available too, which is to tell us to stop reading a letter and destroy it unanswered.
Write to [email protected], or post to 3100 East 45th Street, Cleveland, OH 44127. Thirty days is the outer limit on an answer and the same week is the usual one, since the file is tiny. Asking costs nothing, no account has to be created, and the only thing you have to establish is which letter of yours we are talking about.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Virginia and every other state with a consumer privacy statute have the rights that statute gives them, and the routes above are how to exercise them. There is no sale of personal information here and no targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, and a global privacy signal from your browser therefore has nothing to switch off.
Security, at the honest scale
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Letters sit in one mailbox with two factor sign in on it. There is no database, no reader account and no stored payment data anywhere, which removes most of what could go wrong.
No arrangement is perfect and this page does not claim one is.
Advertising, conditionally
This publication runs no advertising on the site today. If that ever changes, this page and the storage policy will be rewritten to describe exactly what is placed, by whom and how to refuse it, before anything is placed rather than after. Nothing of that kind is present now.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change and its date go at the foot of this page, and the notice in your browser will reappear once so you see there is something new. Silent revision is not how this site handles anything.
