One person answers everything, during the hours below, from the address below. There is no queue and nobody to be transferred to, which is a limitation and also the reason a reply says something useful.

The telephone
+1 (216) 875-3062, answered by a person during desk hours. Letters are read Tuesday to Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern time. Sunday and Monday nobody is at the desk, and anything that arrives then waits for Tuesday.
Two honest notes about it. There is nobody else here, so if the line is busy it is genuinely busy rather than in a queue. And the desk cannot help with anything to do with a flight booking, because this publication does not take bookings and has no access to any.
Corrections
Corrections are the reason the reader mail address exists. If something on this site is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.
What happens: the page is corrected, and a line is added at the foot of it saying what was changed and on what date. Nothing is quietly edited. If the thing you point out turns out not to be wrong, you get a reply explaining why, which is a slower answer but a more useful one.

What this desk is not
Not a booking service, not a tour operator, not a guide service, not a transport company and not a way to reach any dock operator, vessel owner or mill. This publication has no relationship with any of them and cannot pass a message to one.
